Hi

As you rightly said, it is possible to activate classical G L Only. However,
in actual practice you may be requiring activation of the New G L in
future since there are statutory requirements such as segment reporting,
IFRS etc. Which may become mandatory in due course. This is for your
information, please.

I installed ECC 6.0 and New G/L was activated as default.
However I found out there is a program to deactivate new G/L.
