Hello Gurus,
We have to perform Oracle to MaxDB migration for ECC6.0 EHP5, this has to be done on the same Hardware , so far what we have found following info.

1) Using SAP INST take system copy to DATABASE INDEPENDENT FORMAT

2) Unistall the Current ECC 6.0 system <SID>

3) Reinstall the new ECC EHP5 using DVD and provide export taken from previous system.

Please let me know if this steps are correct.

Are there any specific parameters which need to be set or any other procedure that needs to be adapted?
