Hi,
In addition to Tran's answer, the only use of language is for your outgoing communication. So the Masterdata tabs Sales Text and Purchase order text should be sufficient to have multi language on all your outbound documentation like e.g. orderconfirmation, purchseorders, invoice etc. Furthermore I think you can use all languages maintained in the T002T table.
