Subject: How to get total leaves of last calendar days?

Dear Gurus,

I have annual incentive payment that pay out on March based on employee performance of last calendar year. The formula will be monthly base salary X 12 x percentage X active calendar days/ total calendar days of each calendar year. If employee take sick leave or join mid year this will minus the active calendar years.

Questions:
1. Example: On March 2012 payment, how do I get the total sick leave last year 2011 (Jan - Des 2011) and total active calendar year on 2011? Can I do this in payroll PCR?
2. How do I check total calendar days of each calendar year for 365 days or 366 days (leap year) in payroll PCR?

Any idea is appreciated. Thank you.

Regards,
Candy
