I have a requirement wherein the Due Date field on Service Request BC is to be set as today + 2 days when a SR record is created, but if that day is a holiday then it should be set with the next working day. The catch is that they want this to be implemented using only configuration. I found this restriction very challenging. Siebel gurus, require your guidance, please. |
