Thanks a lot for your replies. Ram, I have already gone through that thread.
My question is, How does the system allow to create the org assignment with the same set of data on restarting the transaction. In fact, if I restart the transaction after every assignment, I get No Dump at all.
Can you please explain this?

In CRM, in PPOMA_CRM transaction, I am getting the dump, with code "SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC" with exception being, "CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB".
The transaction works fine with same set of data, after I restart the transaction.
