Hi Iwan Of course, you could share a common chart of accounts ( G/L ) across all three company codes, if you need it to be so. There are also reports such as RFBISA10 to copy chart of accounts across company codes. Even Customer and Vendor Master data can be copied and shared across company codes using programs / reports such as RFBIDE10, RFBIKR10 etc. In order to have the company codes under the roof of a single controlling area, you need to ensure that the chart of account and the fiscal years of the participant company codes are the same. In order to use the same Chart of Depreciation and Depreciation areas, you need to ensure that the company codes belong to the e same country since depreciation ( from chart of depreciation ) is country-specific.
