Yes.. it's called Code Completion in 7.02 - delivered in two parts. First off you'll need 7.02 of course and SAP GUI 6.4 patch level 11.
Make sure you have selected to use the New Front End Editor in you editor settings.
Press Ctrl+space & the system will build a list of possible completions.

I knew that the Feature Neo is talking about is called "Intellisense" in the .Net world, so I Googled "SAP Intellisense" and it led me to an SDN thread that contained this link.
Unfortunately, Neo, the answer appears to be that this new functionality is only in EhP 2. I have yet to figure out why this isn't working in our EhP 2 sandbox. I wonder if it has to do with that fact that I am not on the latest version of SAPGUI. I'll try upgrading my SAPGUI and see if that does the trick.
