Hi,

You should then talk to your workflow specialist as this is the typical setting from workflow which notifies the service requester that the service has already been approved.

Cheers,

Subject: ML81N Service Entry Sheet w/o a notification

Hi,

We are starting to use the Service Entry Sheet on our external IT consultants. When we run ML81N and release the hours, a notification is being sent to the person who is added as requisitioner on the purchase order - in the SAP inbox.

We don't need this notification, since it only creates confusion. Can someone tell me where I can deactivate this function, so they will no longer receive a message?
