Hi,
There is no fixed format, except that the key fields are in the start. You can use the seq in the structure P0008. Go through the LSMW creation till you run the BDC session. Check your recording related to the LSMW object.
The cap util % and per period hrs would be calculated by the system when the update is done in SAPMP50->MP000800 module. So you don't need to include these.
