Hi,
I would suggest that different roles should be created with following access:
- display
- maintain
- no access.
Also depending on the role's relationship with the employee's position, or pernr, the role needs to be further restricted.
All these should be part of the security config. If necessary only, there may be some ABAP code.
The authorisation depends on the type of role. For example, a HR person or team leader may not have access to the infotype. A Payroll admin can maintain. The person's manager may display.
