You are correct if you are using the standard print program to print one invoice at a time from SAP. There are reasons to create invoices. In our case, our invoices are sorted, printed, and mailed out by a 3rd party. I am assuming that the person asking the question also has to create invoices rather than use the standard SAP print program.

VDBPR has a record for each item on the billing document. It contains the material, qty, ship-to number, ship-to name, address, etc. for that item. The structure is populated by a call to 'RV_BILLING_PRINT_VIEW' in the standard program. |
