Hi
Please check Any BG jobs are running and also check the SM21 logs.
other wise Goto sm50--> Select that particular WP--- > Goto Process --->
here you select cancel without core--- Not creating any log file
if you select cancel with core ---- it will be create log file
As peer your requirements you can select next Goto Process----> Restart
after Error finally refresh That particular WP will be come to waiting state
