Hello,
I am not sure whether I understand the problem description. Does "launch" an EWA mean you access the EWA from SAP Solution Manager, e.g. DSWP -> Operations -> Solution Monitoring -> EarlyWatch Alert -> SAP EarlyWatch Alert? That should indeed open the EWA and present the information about the managed system (or solution). What do you mean with "refreshing the session in the satellite system"? Or do you mean the refresh in SDCCN?
