This does not appear to be a BASIS question. If you are trying to get data from one client/box to another, BASIS does not have the tools to get data from one client to another and business documents should not be transported. Even if they could, you would have issues with number ranges and supporting master data. It would most likely be different in the target client. Ok, there are client copies and such, but those full copies are not what I think you are asking. To do this would require ABAP code or a third party tool.
So, if you are talking Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, or Production Orders (etc.), you are going to have to manually recreate it. And, again this is not a BASIS question. So, you would want to ask in an appropriate forum.

Good you have come across this quantity. Now check even if this person was not available with the company, check who had made the Purchase Request for this or was this auto PO. See who have withdrawn this items earlier and who needs them. See what else these are required for, or are they for sales and service division, where they need to be used, but service person not using this quantity.
If you find the dept;. which used these items you could ask the production manager for want of use of this material or else, if he finds they belong to the Eand ND group, you could obtain his permission and make a reverse PO and sell it back to the vendor itself.
