I have an interesting challenge within the company regarding a difference in view of how our HR Analytics tool should be utilized. The technology solution being proposed is to have newly acquired associates data loaded directly to a staging table that will integrate to our internal systems to enable badge services and NT login day 1 of an acquisition rather than loading that data directly into the HR Analytics tool. This solution is being proposed so that system configuration and leadership decisions can be made and it parallel the acquired associates can participate in a 'shared experience' across the company while systems are being updated. I view the analytics tool as a reporting function enabling analytics and quantitative decisions. I don't view this as a source system to drive transactional actions.
