There are some more ways to maintain / change the % in IT 0001 / 0007
for IT0001 -You can change the % of Position / OM using T CODE --> PPOME
for IT0007 -you can change the % using T CODE--> PA30
and you can always maintain Cap. Uti Levelfor in IT0008 as suggested by GBAGOR.

Hi Guys,
We have part time employees means organisation needs this position only for part time
For these part time employees, IT0001 staffing percentage is maintained as 100%
In IT0007 employment percentage is maintained as well 100%
Capacity utilization as well maintained as 100% we like to change this.
I am not sure how to change the Staffing percentage in IT0001 (is it coming from OM)
