Hi Jagan,
Thank you for your Inputs. I am using the standard time type 0410 from T555A table. And in V_T559L table in have selected radio button as "Time evaluation period" for Accrual period tab. And "No Multiplication" radio button in Accrual entitlement. Hope I have follows the right sequence.
Please suggest.

If you are using a time type in V_T559L - accrual tab, check the time type value for the day of quota generation and how it is derived.
It may not be due to configuring that the quota type can have -ve value.
