Hi Dinesh,
I faced the same problem too
1. Use Java 1.4.x
2. reinstall abap instance and make sure you uncheck "keep tnsnames.ora & keep listener.ora"
It must work.

But unfortunately in import_monitor.java.log file is in 0KB and doesnt have any entry in that.

A problem occurs during execution the LogInquirer callback. SAPinst will switch back to the standard behavior.
My java version is 1.4.2.
When I manually try to execute the command of migmon.jar following is the output.
