Hello Wallace,

How is the Printer configured in Tx SPAD?

Can you see the relevant Spool requests in Tx SP01?
Did you select "Print out immediately"?

I'm a new joiner.

My users cannot print in SAP after upgrade from SAP GUI 7.1 to 7.2. There is no error.
