Can anyone add to this discussion please re drilling down into payroll documents - is there any way to restrict the drill down view to a particular cost centre?

Subject: Granting User Access to a Particular Cost Center
Currently only accounting staff have access to view the financial information in a cost center. Some of our non-accounting users are asking for access to view their financial information.
How is the best way to restrict a users access to view a specified cost center?
Example:
Using TCode S_ALR_87013611 to view Actual/Plan/Varaince data for the only cost center that the user is responsible, but no other cost center.
