Why don't you try to maintain this percentage in IT 0008? Or create a WSR
according to the real working time?

Hi Guys,
We have part time employees means organisation needs this position only for part time
For these part time employees, IT0001 staffing percentage is maintained as 100%
In IT0007 employment percentage is maintained as well 100%
Capacity utilization as well maintained as 100% we like to change this.
I am not sure how to change the Staffing percentage in IT0001 (is it coming from OM)
