HI Caddick
Earlier same error was there. That time kernel level is Unicode X64 254,
that time dump comes under the FIHEAD user and now it is coming under
PURuser(Purchase user). now kernel level is 278. may be i need to update it
at latest level that is under market place.

Firstly restore back to the previous kernel, and make sure the system is working. Download the latest kernel - 1 and try that update.
