Thank you for solution and if got the information like which user using
transaction.how to convert normal position.
My PRD system all work process was ended. I check the profiles but that
solution was not solved. Please give me solution

HI Ravi,
If a WP is in PRIV mode it means that user/transaction is using too much of
memory and it start using the Heap memory.
Check in SM04 which user is using too much of the memory and then please
talk to your ABAP/functional team to check what transaction or job they are
running.
