Hi,
Please check for which GL you want to enter the Ref Key 1, view the field
status of that GL code.
In field status Ref Key 1 is set as display. make that optional then you can
enter the Ref key 1.
For changing the field status group go to t code OBC4 > select the Field
staus Group to be changed and make required changes
Please note that it is not a client specific. You need to transport the
request.
