I suppose RTUCCELL is right.
Textual descriptions ( short and long) for a G L account are defined in the
Chart of Accounts Segment which is common for any company code that shares
the same operating chart of accounts. Being shareable fields , the text
fields are common for all company codes.

in my opinion you cannot obtain the result.
- SKA1 Table contains the texts, but you don't have the company code
- SKAT Table contains the translations but you don't have the company code
- SKB1 Table contains company codes data but you don't have the text fields.
Generally speaking if you want different descriptions you have to create specific accounts.
