Hi I suppose RTUCCELL is right. Textual descriptions ( short and long) for a G L account are defined in the Chart of Accounts Segment which is common for any company code that shares the same operating chart of accounts. Being shareable fields , the text fields are common for all company codes. Regards VidhyaDhar
