it mean material stock valued separate by sale order or project.

I need to Produce this Material A for a Project. I have below Parameters With the Material A attached to the Activity of the Project
Acct Assgt Cat. Q
Special Stock Q
Valuation M
I ran MRP and created a Production Order and did the confirmation. But the Stocked Qty did not valuate with Standard Cost. I checked table QBEW it has a different value than Standard this value is equal to Target Cost/Confirmed Qty.
I checked " Without Val Strategy" in Retirement Class Customizing and created another Production Order for Material Number B and followed the Same Process It did not work either still the Sock do not get valuated with Standard cost.
Could someone tell me what do I need to do to valuate Project Stock With Standard Cost
