Hi All,
I am trying to print a smartform on DINA4 using SAP printer driver (printing using Berkley Protocol) to a Fuji Xerox printer. The driver is an exact match for the printer. The problem that we run into is that while the smartform has a maximum width of 19.9 cm the printer is cutting off anything beyond 19.7 cm. This is despite the fact that the printpreview shows everything correctly.
Anybody have a clue as to why this is happening? Haven't been able to figure this out for a week now.
