Can you not include Cost Center as part of the input file you feed to your BAPI?

Hi!
I am using BAPI_REQUIREMENT_CREATE to create purchase requisitions. When I use account assignment category "F" (Order) in ACCTASSCAT, I specify a G/L account in G_L_ACCT and an order in ORDER_NO, but BAPI issues error message KI 235: "Account 5111050000 requires an assignment to a CO object". System determines cost center from order successfully.
I cannot assign an unique cost center as a default account assignment in Tx. FS00.
I cannot assign an unique cost center via Tx. OKB9 because there is more than a cost center per each G/L account and plant.
I appreciate your suggestions!
