Please check Bonus WT and other WT in your case Cumulation class-18 for Calculation
Run the payroll with display LOG
Go to the Log -click on LPBEG - click on Begin Gross to Net calculation
Click on ELSE - Click on Function INPTX
Check Output, how the function & calculation happening in your case

Subject: P-Tax Deduction Error
Hi Gurus,
I have an issue with Professional Tax.
The P-Tax for a 'ee was deducting correctly until March-2011 (RS.Rs.200), but in april-11 suddenly the p-tax deduction became Rs.175.
What could be the possible cause for this sudden change in p-tax deduction.
There was no change performed in slabs table.The rate applicable here is for the state of MH.
