Have you checked all fields on header of BAPI?
It have Doc type.. Take a look at your Subsequent Credit Document and see what document type it is.
Then you can use the same doc type to your BAPI.

I am using BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_PARK to post(park) invoices, and it is working correctly, it works as if I have used MIRO transaction with 'TransactionCode: INVOCE'. I wonder is there any BAPI to post 'Subsequent Credit'? In fact I want to write a program which can simulate posting documents in MIRO with 'TransactionCode: Subsequent Credit'.
