Hello Kumar,
I suppose you don't have this SKIP button while running the import, but you must see there the exact transport request(s) which must be released before your import can continue. That test query is just testing , not doing any modification, so if you skip it you can see if further any other issues will appear, that's why you have the SKIP button. While you want to do the real import, those transports are crucial, so must be released before your import continues.
I suggest to release the transports even by yourself or ask the developers to do it.
