Sounds like a bank transfer with OBYA involved.

Though you need to review the business operations first. I would be a little concerned that a second entity (Cayman Islands) is taking the cash value from the originating entity.

Subject: Inter company entry or not

i am just taking over some of the accounting for a company that has gone months and not booked transactions. My issue is that a lot of the transactions were done by one entity but the final transactions need to be under a different legal entity. Example...entity A purchase the land and all deposits from equity investors came into that entity. Then a second entity was formed that should house all of this information.

Do I use a inter company account to move these transactions to the second entities book?
