Usual statutory reporting happens at company code level. However, an additional level of reporting based on profit centers is possible too. Profit centers can be created time-centrically and independent of company codes( viz. without any direct assignment on 1:1 basis between company code and profit center). Reporting based on profit centers is possible apart from normal statutory reporting. However, please note that profit center oriented financial statements can get data from more than one company code. Profit center scenario definition for additional reporting is a standard feature of New General Ledger Accounting.
