Yes you can search programs from se38,put Y*or Z*and press F4 button, you will
get all report start from Y or Z.

I have created some programs in ABAP Editor. now my doubt is how to retrieve the programs that i have created from ABAP Editor. Is their any short cut to search (like in Oracle 11i we use"%" symbol to search).
