We have a budget of 50lacs but when we are trying to put in an entry in P.O. system is coming with the error message
"Item 001 HO_FA/REP_OTHERS payment budget exceeded
Message no. BP629
Diagnosis
In document item 001 HO_FA /REP_OTHERS, payment budget for fiscal year
2010 was exceeded by 286,266,601.07 INR."
Que: Why are we getting this error even if the amount is already there?
Que: How to rectify this error even if there is no problem, of availability control?
Please reply back asap as this matter is urgent.
