You have to start SAP on every host. However depending on your OS you can start SAP on each host, from a single host.
The start sequence should be DB -> CI -> DI

I have a very silly doubt here.
Say if central and dialog instances are installed on different hosts, then, giving only "startsap" command in central instance host, would this bring up all the dialog instances as well along with central instance or i have to bring them up separately from their respective hosts?
