I suppose you could create a separate asset class ( perhaps with GWG
depreciation key @ 0 % since you would like not to depreciate such assets
and instead revalue them periodically ) . You could then perhaps resort to
time dependent change in the master record ( if that it not possible , you
could resort to intracompany asset transfer ) .

We have more than 200 tools capitalised in SAP, but we need to move the tools to vendor location. We need to raise challan in SAP to transfer the tools location and same needs to be updated in Tools Assets master.
According to the response given by consultant, it can't be done for Assets. It can be done for material only
Please advise
