We already have the field hidden on the header information. Several non-HR users have access to PA20 and IT0002 for reporting reasons and is now very essential to hide the field-PERID in the infotype screen. I want to know how this can be handled using transaction and screen variants SHD0.

Hi, I am unable to figure out how to hide the SSN field in infotype 0002 using transaction & screen variants using tcode SHDO. I was able to hide the field using the view V_T588M but curious to do the same using transaction variants.
Using SHDO, I was only able to control the fields on the main screen of PA20 and not sure how to control the fields on the individual infotype screens.
Need help on how to create screen variants using SHD0 for infotype 0002 and attaching it to the transaction variant.
