As mentioned earlier:
SICF
Filter for Detail Information
Last changed By * gives the entire tree, exploded
with both Highlighted and greyed out entries.
There's a button that allows you to print the tree.
When you press it, use %pc in the transaction box and you'll get prompted to save the file into either a spreadsheet, an RTF, or HTML formats (other too, but those are the most useful for your purposes)
You then have your data in an editable format and RTF should retain the bold formating. You might be able to use Word or Excel to read the formatting and fill in an extra field based on bold. Once you have an indicator in a separate field it is trivial to filter the active from the inactive.

His might help but is not perfect:
SICF

Filter for Detail Information

Last changed By * gives the entire tree, exploded

with both Highlighted and greyed out entries. If you select the individual users, You get the tree of objects activated/changed.

Compile a spreadsheet for all of the users listed not SAP.
Changed on -give date range starting with date after installation ---gives same as * in last changed by.
