We do it as well - but I would not recommend it - If possible. It just muddies the waters.

Are there any potential issues caused by using the HALB material type for both manufactured and purchased bulk material that is to be packed for individual sale? We occasionally do this today, but I've been told by someone that this is not a good practice. Any truth to that?
