1) Sorry about mentioning MSEG. My mind must have been wondering... Obviously I should have meant BSEG. 2) The auditors don't own SQL Server. They own access. And therefore they need access only as what they get. Thanks anyway, Neal

You will have MSEG in a text file in one shot. Load it into an SQL Server DB, you should have no problem. You can give an Access DB as a front-end to your auditors with linked table to SQL Server or give them tools to do their own queries. 2- Write an ABAP program that writes down the entire content of MSEG into a DATASET (using OPEN DATASET / TRANSFER ) and load that file into an SQL Server DB.
