So your smartform is printing the label (called from within the custom program).
Is the design of this label very complex?

I'd try a different approach: how about word or excel via ole2 called from the custom program?

Yes, this is a Z program, with a Z smartform. I need to use arial font with
350 pts of size.

I'm gonna ask basis group also, let's see what they can do for me.
