Hello Sir,
I have tried with the same.There were three opetion against pr00 condition.
"Man.","Mdt" & "Stat".I have tick marked on check box for "Mdt".But it is still allowing to save the billing document.
Any other solution?
Plz suggest.

Simply change the settings in pricing procedure.
Deactivate the *required* block under PR00, &
Activate the *mandatory* block for PR00.
