Hello,
HT is possibly the best for this requirement. I assume this will effect the planned delivery date determination in the PO?
If so, review a BADI/Userexit that can be used during SAVE and maintain the SCAL entry for the CN vendors. If from the current to the delivery date in the PO and holiday is found the adjust the delivery date in the PO.

Is there any R/3 functionality that can assign a calendar to a vendor? This is not in connection with the planning calendar fields in the MRP2 view and the related Lot-sizing calculations. The specific need is for a calendar that can recognize holidays and another blocks on work days that apply in another country e.g. for China, for Chinese New Year we would want to block a week.
