There are two cases
1. if the product was returned due to poor quality of the product the return
transportation fee covered by the transporter or the company.
2.if the product was diverted to on other customer due to space problem,road
problem, truck mechanical
problem we reverse the the invoice from the original customer and we process new
invoice for the second customer.

Two separate processes.... the company has delivered the goods. How are you going to ask money back. Actually there should be a costs for the return transportation fee whether paid by your company or the customer!!
