Hi Nitin
As per your query, If PR00 is not available in the Sales order user should
not be able to enter the condition manually and you want to derive it from
the condition record. if you mark the condition as mandatory in the pricing
procedure and recreate a fresh order it will not allow you to save until
and unless your PR00 is determined automatically, so your user will not able
to create any further document like delivery or billing.

I have tried with the same in pricing procedure(V/08),but it is still the same.It is allowing user to save the document.
Any other solution will be highly appreciated.
