Before Applying the Patch to system, we have to check if there are any
objects under modification or any Transport Request in modification
condition. IF any then we may have to adjust those prior to applying the SAP
Patch.
Execute SPAU and see if any objects are there to adjust
Execute SPDD to see if any dictionary objects are there to adjust.
