please enumerate the prepare tasks that you did prior to the refresh.
you should have saved some QA-specific settings in a transport and some
settings in screenshots.

You should delete all the DBA* jobs and reschedule them with Tx DB13
Did you run program BTCTRNS1 in the PRD system before the system copy?
If yes the jobs will all be suspended in the QAS system. You need to check each job before activating them.
