HI ALL

sap upgrade 4.7 to ecc 5.0 is performed successfully. It was very great
experience with this GROUP ITTOOLBOX , LEH and other all of members of this
group.

This was very strange issue, I have resolved it. Problem was in KERNEL
directory SQLPLUS and OCI.DLL files are missing after putting that files from
old backup kernel directory issue has been resolved.
